Nous savons qu’il nous faut arrêter la production d’électricité par centrale thermique trop pollueuse.

Nous savons qu’il nous faudra de plus en plus d’électricité.

Alors, il serait peut-être temps de fermer chaque vallée inhabitée où coule un cours d’eau par un barrage électrique. La présence de ces retenues d’eau alimentera par capillarité et infiltration les nappes phréatiques et les terres avoisinantes et créeront des atmosphères humides aux alentours.
