My friend of 10 years, let me tell you a fascinating story about the atoms that make up your body. It all started a very long time ago, with an event called the Big Bang. It was like a huge explosion that gave birth to the universe as we know it today.

After the Big Bang, subatomic particles began to form. These particles are like the little building blocks of everything that exists in the universe. They came together to form atoms – the building blocks of matter.

Atoms are very special because they are made up of different parts. In the center there is a nucleus made up of protons and neutrons. Around the nucleus there are orbiting electrons.

Over time, these atoms started coming together to form all kinds of things: stars, planets, and even living things like you and me! The atoms in your body traveled through space for billions of years before arriving on Earth and finally coming together to create your wonderful existence.

Today, these atoms continue their journey within you. They constantly interact with other atoms to keep your body moving and healthy. They build your strong bones, strong muscles, and even your smart brain!

So there you go my friend, you are literally stardust! The atoms that compose you have gone through an incredible journey from the Big Bang until today to allow you to be here, growing and discovering the world around you. Isn’t it wonderful?
